TSW Asia Limited is specialised in sourcing and producing functional and technical Snowboard+Ski Wear, outdoor sportswear, casual+beach wear as well as various snow related accessories.
Fabrics, from technical to casual types, woven and knitted, are being sourced from Taiwan, Korea as well as from the manufacturing countries.
We offer a full sourcing package from sourcing fabrics & trim through to factory selection, full QC inspection and shipping.
QUALITY
We mainly concentrate on production in China, Bangladesh and India and therefore can offer most competitive prices for each product category. In each country we set up our professional Quality Control Team who is constantly present in all factories and ensures a minimal standard of AQL 2.5 and to ensure high quality garments and high efficiency production.
Our team can advise on your spec and our QC staff will ensure that your production keeps to it.

Our QC will arrange in-line, pre-final & final inspection

Once order have been confirmed we keep track of the fabric, trims & production status

QC will take in-line inspection once the cut panels are on sewing line

Final inspection will be arranged when the bulk is 80% packed

Shipment will only be released after we get our QC’s (passed) inspection report.
DESIGN
Our design team works with our customers at every level and can offer a full design service including packaging. If required we gladly assist you to commercialise your own designs as well.
We are happy to advise on construction, materials and sizing as we have a wealth of fit information and fabric technology to work with.
Through our European design studio we are able to offer a full design service for technical snow+outdoor garments and accessories, in case some clients do not have their own styles or brand, or are eager to improve and update their products.
We work with clients at all levels from a simple cost, and source for those with their own designs and specifications, through to a full design service working to your brief.
